Carroll Park Trash Barrel

Early in the spring of 2006, the Committee to Improve Carroll Park acquired 18 or so trash barrels and posted a notice for artists to decorate them. The unveiling was on 5/13/06, at the end of a day of music and activities at the park. I was in some very good company as well, though it seems that I was one of the few neighborhood residents to do one. The barrel is currently at the gate joining the basketball courts and the middle section of the park.
